Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep masks and other products used directly on the body may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, damage, or defect. Do not send a product back without contacting us first, because the correct return address can vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final sale items, used hygiene-sensitive items, and items damaged by misuse are not returnable unless required by law.
