Nawme ships sleep accessories to customers using Shopify-connected fulfillment partners, suppliers, and shipping carriers.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can take longer during holidays, supplier delays, address verification, or high-volume periods.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, warehouse, and carrier. Many orders arrive within 7-20 business days after shipment, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. The checkout page and tracking updates provide the most current information available.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to update after shipment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us at hello@nawme.com with your order number and photos where relevant.
