Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

9579-1117 Québec inc., operating as Nawme, operates this Shopify store to sell sleep accessories and related products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, or interact with our services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, payment-related details processed through Shopify, order history, support messages, and account or checkout information.

We also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and shopping activity. Some information is collected automatically through Shopify, analytics tools, pixels, cookies, and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use personal information to process orders, accept payments, arrange fulfillment and shipping, provide tracking, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, improve the store, send service messages, and send marketing only where permitted by law or consent.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, dropshipping and sourcing partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, email and customer support tools, fraud prevention services, and professional advisors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Meta advertising and measurement

We use Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API through Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram channel with Enhanced data sharing. These tools share shopping activity, such as page and product views, cart activity, checkout activity and purchases, with Meta Platforms to measure advertising performance, match activity to Meta accounts and personalize advertising, including remarketing. Shared information may include your name, email address, phone number, location, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and order details. Matching information such as email addresses may be hashed before transmission; hashing does not make that information anonymous.

Where required, advertising tracking depends on your consent. You can manage available cookie preferences through our store’s privacy controls and manage activity associated with your Meta account through Meta’s Off-Meta Technologies settings and ad preferences. Browser cookie controls may not stop server-side sharing. For details about Meta’s processing, visit https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information where applicable. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. You can manage cookie choices through the cookie banner on this site.

Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Nawme ships sleep accessories to customers using Shopify-connected fulfillment partners, suppliers, and shipping carriers.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can take longer during holidays, supplier delays, address verification, or high-volume periods.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, warehouse, and carrier. Many orders arrive within 7-20 business days after shipment, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. The checkout page and tracking updates provide the most current information available.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to update after shipment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us at hello@nawme.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep masks and other products used directly on the body may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, damage, or defect. Do not send a product back without contacting us first, because the correct return address can vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final sale items, used hygiene-sensitive items, and items damaged by misuse are not returnable unless required by law.

Email hello@nawme.com with your order number and reason for return.
